Ribbon Cutting scheduled at Lincoln Ridge

Development features 16 affordable apartment homes for people with special needs

Please join representatives from Heartland Properties, Inc.-the affordable housing subsidiary of Alliant Energy, Burns & Burns, L.C., ResCare, Inc., Lee County and other state and local agencies, for an 11 a.m. ribbon-cutting ceremony at 2815 Lincoln Avenue in Keokuk, Iowa on Tuesday, November 26, 2002.

Officials will unveil Lincoln Ridge, a new housing development for people with disabilities, and discuss the importance of partnership in creating affordable housing solutions in Iowa. Refreshments will be served and tours given.
