| Construction is complete on the White Tail Run older adult housing development in Maquoketa, Iowa. The 24-unit complex, located at 800 Myatt Drive, is the newest acquisition by Heartland Properties, Inc., a division of Alliant Energy Resources. |
| White Tail Run will be home to seniors age 62 and older. The single story, one-bedroom apartments have a shared laundry and community room. The building is located on a three-acre site on Maquoketa's west side. |
| Heartland Properties newest affordable housing development was made possible through a $770,000 investment by Alliant Energy Investments. Mortgage financing for White Tail Run is through the USDA Rural Development program and the Iowa Department of Economic Development Housing Fund. |
