Whitetail Run Apartments, located at 801 Myatt Drive, is a brick, one-story design on a three-acre site on the west side of Maquoketa near Highway 61. The $1.6 million development includes 24 one-bedroom apartments with individual entrances. Each offers individually controlled heat and air conditioning, window blinds and a full-size kitchen and bath. A community room and centralized laundry facility are available for use by residents. |
Whitetail Run Apartments was developed by Burns & Burns, L.C. of Iowa City, Iowa and was made possible through a $770,000 investment by Alliant Energy Resources through its affordable housing subsidiary, Heartland Properties, Inc.
